Could i make an account on my PS3 and use it on my PSP?

Since the major hack from the Anon, my psp go has been unable to log in. I tried to go on the main web site to make a new account but its under maintenance. I have changed my PS3 password but forgot to change my PSP one. Is there any way that this could possibly work?|||Nope trust mi
