i closed my account, withdrew all the money.
I checked it online and they charged me a monthly maintenence fee!

Now i have a minus balance.
Did they do something wrong? or is it normal or..what?|||It sounds like you just withdrew your money and the account didn't close. This could be the bank's fault for not closing it, or your fault for thinking that if you took all your money out that it would close on its own. Since you were assessed the maintenance fee, the latter might be true.
Go into your bank, explain what happened and ask if they will reverse the maintenance fee and officially close your account.|||Someone didn't close it right, most likely. If it was an interest bearing account and they failed to calculate the interest due to you at closing, that would cause it to re-open. Also, if you didn't cancel an auto-draft or deposit, that would cause it to not be closed as well. Go to a bank and they'll fix it, don't let it go on too long.
