World of Warcraft - How long does the website maintenance take...?

I am trying to create an account on World of Warcraft but the create account section is down. How long does maintenance usually take? It's been this way for hours...|||Well you can play now, its fixed, but on the website it will probably take 2-4 hours at the least/most.
