Hi,
I was in UK for more than a year and now applying visa tier 1 from India.
Can i provide pay slips and bank statements of uk for last one year for the PBS points.
In that case, do i need to provide seperate bank statements or copy again for account maintenance for 3 months seperately.
Is it ok to give a cover letter to verify the one year bankstatement for account maintenance funds of last 3 months.|||Hi, your questions are a bit unclear, so I am going to try to answer them as best as I can.
If you are applying for a UK visa then you must provide the exact documents requested. Therefore, you must provide your original pay slips and bank statements. It does not matter where your pay slips are from in regards to the country. If you worked in the UK just prior to applying for this visa, then it is appropriate to provide your UK earning information. Otherwise, it will have to be your most recent pay and bank statment information. Your maintenance funds verification would have to be original documents. Remember that one document can verify several things so your bank statements would be your proof of maintenance. You cannot submit copies. You do not create a second copy to submit the document for verifying two different things. One will do. You may provide a cover letter that outlines your bank statement information, however it is not necessary as your documents will be revised rather closely.
I hope I answered your questions thoroughly. If you want to look up any more information on applying for visas, go to the UK Border Agency website. Good luck with your visa application process.
