When i try to make a psn account it says under maintenance. Why?

I googled it 20 times and looked all over the website, but it said nothing about the maintenance, but when i try to make an account, it won't let me|||It's not been available through the website since they got hacked. You should still be able to create one through the console, though.|||Maybe PSN got hacked...again... -_-|||It means PSN is probably being worked on
