I have requested to close my secured credit card account about 2 weeks ago. The reason why I requested to close it is because I will start getting charged a monthly maintenance fee of $10 a month. How long do you think it will take them to close it?|||They should have closed it immediately.Meaning you can't charge anything to the account, but still must make your payments.
Call them up if you are not sure if they closed it.
