sorry for not reveal hw much im paying for the maintenance for the kids, they are already grown up and still studying at college, the kids are complaining they are given minimum sum of pocket money from their mother, as they knew how much im given maintenance for them through their mother's account, and on top of that ive given some extra money to them personally for their expenses. If this going to prolong i pity the kids, rather the mother are enjoying the half of the money. Is there any law that i can request the monthly maintenance go directly to my kids account?|||wow, go back to school and learn to read and write! this doesn't make any sence at all|||yr questn seem like u are the father of those kids, is a small matters, why a family matter got to go into law or case. As a father like you should solve it, make a acct with yr kids transfer to them as yr favous. But this will cuase u n yr wife argument, why dont sit down with yr wife and understand her problem and yr ideaon the amount that pass to yr kids.
Family should sit down and discuss and say out individual concern, not keep keep till 1 day argument and go to law/case.
